Mirror Lake crossing the Pouakai Circuit, Egmont track ...

It was a 2.5 hrs walk across the Mangorei Track to Pouakai Hut, in Egmont National Park and further 20 mins walk we reached a majestic location of ultimate natural beauty. It was not what we have hoped for as the clouds from nowhere completely wiped out the head of Mt Taranaki and yes that was a disappointment .... Could only capture the lower part of the mountain in the 'mirror' lake ........ — at Mt Taranaki.
